soak was a multi-million ecommerce business, focusing on bathrooms and more recently home style including radiators and lighting. 

Soak had both a UK and international market in Ireland (soak.ie) and Netherlands (soak.nl). Despite being an ecommerce business, they also had a showroom based at their head office in Nuneaton, offering those who preferred to shop offline an experience to pop down and talk to one of the bathroom tailors. 

I was responsible for digital campaigns across 3 websites in 3 different countries including Google display ads and assets for social media, which has a combined following of over 500k. 

I also supported the wider business with internal/external comms including our digital catalogue, induction packs and visuals for events including Ideal Home Show, the world’s longest running exhibition.
